If you have ever wondered the answers to any of these questions, then look no further! The team at EURES Spain have recently launched a short film to introduce themselves and the EURES network to the people of Spain.
With the help of a dynamic video, they are reaching out to those who may still be unaware of the EURES network and services they provide. The video, available via the EURES Spain social media networks, gives job seekers the opportunity to ‘meet’ individual EURES Advisers and staff members from across the entire EURES Spain network.
It really opens the doors wide on a large organisation to show the real people behind the scenes, to those who are dedicated to providing help, advice and assistance in your job search in Europe – demonstrated by around 100 persons who interacted with and commented on the online video and the campaign page.
The team at EURES Spain hope that by using such a popular and visual form of communication, that they will be able to connect with a wider audience in a much more personal way, showing the network as approachable and friendly.
“It’s a wonderful and informal way to show the human network behind EURES Spain and brings us closer to the people” said EURES Adviser, Sonia Carné Padilla.
It seems to be working so far, with the video having been viewed over 1200 times via EURES Spain’s Facebook page. As the video continues to be shared over the internet, the team is positive that their message will reach those who are looking for a fresh start abroad. More than 8,300 people were reached using the Facebook campaign,72% of which were women and 24% men. The most active age bracket was between the ages of 25 and 34 followed by 45 to 54 year olds.
As the video explains, the purpose of the EURES Spain network is to facilitate the free movement for work within the EU Member States. The services mentioned in the video are assistance with the recognition of qualifications, help with organising tax and ensuring job seekers are aware of their rights when joining a new company, in a new country.
