For jobseekers and employers alike

EUREStv is designed to provide jobseekers and employers with insights on the labour markets in different EU countries, share useful information and tips on working abroad, and highlight the benefits of using EURES services. Each episode will cover a range of different topics with guests from all around Europe, from mobile workers and EURES Advisers to employers and representatives of unions and other organisations. By collaborating with EURES teams and EURES members from all around Europe, the creators of EUREStv want to provide viewers with a comprehensive picture of the EU labour market and its opportunities.

Watch the pilot episode

The pilot episode of EUREStv features an interview with Stefania Garofalo from EURES Italy. Stefania talks about her team’s recent collaboration with EURES The Netherlands called EURESinterACTION. This initiative aimed to recruit candidates for technical jobs in the Netherlands.

There is also an on-site piece with Minouche Den Doelder from Den Doelder Recruitment who talks about her company’s collaboration with EURES.

Last but not least, EURES Adviser Gordon Moir does an inspiring interview with a Spanish mobile worker who recently moved to The Netherlands.

The episode is hosted by Kevin Sikma, who is joined by studio guests Marleen Houtman (EURES Adviser) and Toine Witters (National EURES Manager of Employer Services).

Next episode on EUREStv

While the pilot episode focused more on international opportunities and jobseekers, the next episode will highlight how EURES can support employers. The episode will also feature an on-site interview with an employer to learn more about trends in recruitment and their company’s priorities when hiring in a different country.
